As part of the larger Cornwall Open Studios event, our group of Artists in the South East of Cornwall have set up an Art Trail of this area, offering you a wide selection of disciplines all in one convenient location. Goodbye overwhelm, let us do the planning for you!

The Event

Open Studios is an incredible, once a year opportunity to visit working artists at their studios, free of charge. To witness and talk with them about their process, see their inspiring work spaces, and also view a special collection of work exhibited especially for this event.

Open Studios runs from the 24th of May until the 1st June, with all studios open across both weekends, and Tuesday to Thursday being optional (you can check artists profiles or contact them directly to see if they will be open for you on these days).

Although the event runs across Cornwall, this page is all about a special art trail in the area of South East Cornwall near Looe.

We have grouped together to create an inspiring art trail for you, to be able to easily visit a range of artists including painters, jewellers, ceramicists, glass artists, sculptors, printmakers and abstract artists in one easy location.

Our trail maps are available throughout the area prior to the event, or at each of the studios during the event. Simply collect a stamp from each studio, hand in your completed map to the last artist you visit, and you will be in with a chance of winning up to 4 artworks from these talented artists.
